  • 產品特點:

    • 過熱保護：功率≤4kW 的水泵自帶雙金屬溫度感測器，功率≥5.5kW 的水泵標配熱敏電阻PTC。
    • 洩漏保護：功率≥5.5kW 的水泵均在電機腔和油室配備洩漏感測器，用於探測電機內部是否有液體滲入。油室洩漏感測器用於外部介質滲入油室過多時報警，防止外部介質侵入電機。如果油缸洩漏感測器失靈，外部介質滲入電機，則電機殼滲漏感測器報警，停運電機，保護電機不會受潮燒毀。
    • 通過控制箱，可實現電泵缺相、超載、欠壓及短路的保護。

     

    • Overheating protection: ≤4kW power of the pump with double metal temperature sensor Power ≥5.5kw pumps with thermistor PTC
    • Leakage protection: For pumps power higher than or equal to 5.5kW, there are equipped with leakage sensors in the motor housing and oil chamber, to detect if any leakage in the motor. The sensor in the oil chamber could detect if any oil leakage into the oil chamber to further protect the motor damaged from more water leakage. The alarm will shut off the motor to avoid the damage of motor.
    • There are protection function like lack-phase protection, overload protection, low-voltage protection, and short circuit protection available through the control panel.
